The Egis Mobile 88101500 XD Series Single Flex 2 Relay-ACR is a compact bi-stable battery relay and automatic charging relay designed for marine, RV, overland, and commercial vehicle electrical systems. Its advanced relay architecture delivers up to 500 amps continuous capability while reducing mounting space and weight compared to traditional battery switch and solenoid layouts. || Designed as a wire-for-wire replacement for many legacy relay systems, it supports 12V and 24V electrical systems with an 8V to 36V auto-ranging input range. The integrated 3-position manual override knob allows users to force the relay open or closed, while programmable dip-switch settings provide application-specific control. || Built for harsh environments, the relay features IP67 and IP6K9K sealing, stainless steel cable studs, a protective terminal cover, integrated GORE venting, and Deutsch DTM connector compatibility. The expandable XD Series platform supports multi-battery configurations with optional link bars and busbar accessories.
